Refund policy

SAWAD aims to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or altered products, and products worn or damaged by the customer.

Procedure: Contact info@sawad.ae for return authorization. Once approved, ship the item back using a tracked courier.

Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Defective Items: If an item is defective, SAWAD will provide an exchange or full refund.
